Here are some gorgeous bridal portraits (If I may say so my self taken of Katherine. Can I just say WOW she is super gorgeous and I really wasn’t able to take a bad picture of her. I think someone would really HAVE to TRY to take a bad picture of her to even get one. At the end of this session her mother popped the ballons and you would have thought that someone shot a fun it was pretty funny . That is a tip I would love to leave with brides PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring a friend or your mother along to your bridal session to help with your dress but also to help make you laugh and loosen you up. Katherine’s mom was super sweet and you could tell she was such a proud mother of her beautiful “girl”. Enjoy!

So here are some bridal portraits of the beautiful Linsey. I had such a great time photographing her she has such a fun personality and laid back. We shot these after her wedding so she was telling me all about the joys of being newly married it was soooo sweet!

Austin bridal photos

“THUNK THUNK THUNK …. OH SHOOOOOOT” This is what could have been heard in my van moments before I was suppose to meet up with Natalie for a super awesome bridal portrait downtown. That sound was my tire blowing out!!! So I called Natalie and explained the situation to see if they could swing by and pick me up off Second street. I also REALLLLY had to use the restroom so I decided to go into a hole in the wall gas station where I think I picked up strep throat LOL (jk about the strep throat but it was NASTY dirty)! Then Natalie’s Aunt who is driving them peels into the parking lot and I think to myself, “Do I want to get into this car?” LOL. I did and the rest of the day is BEAUTIFUL history! Natalie’s mom and Aunt joined her. I LOVE when family members join the bride to help out because the also help them to laugh and get genuine smiles. These ladies were soooo sweet and super excited to see Natalie all dressed up and couldn’t wait for the big day! So this is the result of this beautiful day! Also stay tuned for Natalie’s gorgeous Fall wedding soooo pretty can’t wait to share it!

Natalie is a super confident women, I LOVE it! This shot was her idea and I think it is super cute

and a representation how she is going to be kicking down this city’s government.

(She is a government speaker- Natalie what is the official term?

Austin Bridal Portrait: Amanda

Amanda and her Mom reserved Mansion on Judge’s Hill for us to go in and take portraits. It was so beautiful, also didn’t hurt to have a gorgeous bride to photograph to begin with. Like I said before “Kyle is a lucky man!” Amanda you looked amazing at your bridals and your wedding day! Best wishes Amanda and Kyle!

Amanda had two different belts around her dress. This one was for the ceremony which was the one that came with the dress. The other one you will see later in the post is a little more dramatic which she slipped on after the reception. She saw the second belt on another dress and knew it would be a perfect reception belt.

THAT’S MY KIND OF GIRL!! Thinking outside the box.

And now the reception belt… BAM!! Awesome! LOVE IT!

Austin Bridal Portrait: Amy

So Amy had her wedding right before I left for China so I didn’t have a chance to release her bridal portraits as well. They were so fun and fabulous! Snack Bar restaurant on South Congress let us come in and take some photographs outside and on the patio. Super awesome place stop by their place for some goooood food! I had some gluten free waffles there that rocked my socks off one Saturday. So check them out!!

Gotta love the peacocks at Mayfield!! This one was posing for me he knew I had a good lens to adequately capture his beauty!

This is where Daniel and I got married! It was gorgeous!

Yes one of the peacocks did their business on one of our guests!! GROSS (and a little funny at the same time, sorry Mom and Dad’s friend)

Hannah’s Villa Antonia and Spider House bridal portraits

Ok so here is a warning! These are GORGEOUS!!! Hannah is SUCH a beautiful bride! I can’t wait for you guys to see the rest! Which reminds me of another bridal shoot I need to post since their wedding is over goody!! So back to Hannah, it had been raining VERY hard the day before so I was super worried that it was going to rain on the day of our bridals. She booked me over the phone almost a year ago and she is moving upstate after the wedding so there would not be any room for a redo unless it was the next day or something like that. Well SURPRISE SURPRISE, it was GORGEOUS! The sun was out the sky was an AMAZING blue with clouds dotting the sky it was a little humid but there was a wonderful breeze that managed to dry my sweat That is right I will admit it when I shoot I get really into my shoot and sweat like a women with hot flashes! I love it though it gets my adrenaline going and my right brain firing! I’ve decided I am going to be honest with you guys! I am a real person not a rock-star- most of the time ha ha ha couldn’t resist! I want my readers and brides to be real with me as well so I guess I have to drive down that street as well. And guess what I LOVE to crack jokes and tell funny stories to lighten the mood and get you to laugh! I am not the type of person that thinks they are “too cool for school” to humiliate myself to get a genuine smile out of you. Oh and also the owner of Villa Antonia has a old hound dog with BIG SOFT floppy ears and bowed legs- the cutest little old guy I have EVER seen!! So all that to say I couldn’t have asked for a better day to shoot on! P.s. she brought her best friend/ cousin/maid of honor (all one person and Mother! Loved it! They were so sweet and helpful! I don’t know if we would have gotten some of those big smiles without you two! Thanks! So note to you future brides PLEASE bring a friend to help with your dress but also to remind you of how your brother stuck gum in your hair the day before school pictures! Enjoy the sneak peek…
