There were so many gorgeous images  I couldn’t do just one post. Pia did such a wonderful job with all the details they really came together beautifully! So this is their reception it was super fun and people were dancing to the very end! LOVE IT!

So Pia and Chris rented a BoothBooth (at least I think that is what it was, Pia will you correct me if I am wrong? :) and their guests LOVED it! It printed out strips within seconds!

Gorgeous wrist corsage for Chris’ mother. I believe Pia’s mom had one as well.

The groomsmen wore a dark gray pinstriped suit with a yellow tie and yellow pocket squares- VERY sharp!

The bridesmaids all had peacock feather clips in their hair. They were all a little different but all blue and adorable!

Sweet monogram on their GORGEOUS wedding cake!

Pia with her new last name on her adorable place card. Sitting next to her HUSBAND! :)

Talk about “tied at the hip” :) Cute little & sign tied to Pia and Chris’ chairs.

Amazing paper lanterns in the colors of the wedding.

Full shot of their beautiful cake with the gorgeous Mercury Hall stained glass window in the background.

Table setting with people’s purses already at their place. I guess we will forgive them this time since they also put the flower girl’s adorable flower ball on the table too.

Amazing centerpeice! Yellow and gray, is that called Dusty Miller they gray stuff? Such a cleaver way to add in gray!

Sugared lemons in a silver bowl, ADORABLE!!!

Sweet Scrapbook framed paper cutouts of their monogram.

Two buds in a single vase graced the cocktail tables. Sweet and simple equals FABULOUS!

Couldn’t resist another ring shot on the sugared lemon!

For the photogs out there I used a tooth pick and shoved it in pretty deep so that there was enough of it to keep the rings

from sliding off but not too much to where you could see the tooth pick.

First dance! I love how they make each other laugh alllll the time makes for EASY subjects to photograph!

Pia’s mom getting down! I love how her pearls are mid air! Oh and those are her sisters behind her (am I right Pia? :) What a fun family!

The bride and her bridesmaids changed into turquoise flip flops after the ceremony.

Seriously couldn’t figure out which ring shot I liked the most so I decided to show you all three I took.

This shot was towards the end of the night at the ceremony site. Congratulations Pia and Chris! Best wishes!

I met Kenitres over the phone and we had a WONDREFUL conversation about her and her wonderful fiance. It went so well that she booked me the next day! So I KNEW when they came in to town we were going to have a BLAST! And we did! Keni (which she told me to call her at the first location maybe 10 min. after meeting her!:) said that she had been following my work for a while and that she was so nervous about the session she was feeling sick. But we all ended up having each other cracking up in between shots and during at some points too! It made for a GREAT engagement session! It was so awesome to meet the two of you and to be able to photograph the love and beauty of your relationship! They live in Dallas but are planning on moving to Austin! So feel free to leave comments on why you LOVE Austin (No Austin haters allowed, we need more awesome people like these guys here and I will delete your comment if you are bashing Austin- cause I can ) and what are some of your favorite things to do and see. I kept telling them all about the resturants in the Soco area cause I was RIDICOUSLY HUNGRY- note to self bring a apple (or a piece of bamboo, Garden State anyone??).

Keni bought Republic jeans for both of them to wear to the shoot so she wanted a shot of the back so you could see they were wearing the same kind. I think it is pretty awesome how you can see her awesome GREEN engagement stone!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the green pumps with skinny jeans!!

“I would like to thank you Al Gore and eharmony [for this marriage], because after all we all know that Al Gore created the Internet” said the Father of the Bride as the crowd ERUPTED in laughter! This couple met on eharmony and feel in love! They have been camping numerous times that is the reason their engagement photos are in a tent! :) It was such a fun memorable wedding! I stayed a little longer than usual to photograph them at the Driskill Hotel in Austin Texas. They were such a laid back and fun couple that you could tell loved to hang out with each other and laugh together! Best wishes guys!

Vendors:

Barr Mansion

These guys provided food to flowers as well as a beautiful location!

Lizze Belle Planning

This Event planning company is the creation of Aimee Villa, a true

“Southern Belle” with an eye for aesthetic detail. She was so helpful in keeping everything flowing and calming the bride when little things came up. Great job!

So the bracelet that is wrapped around the bouquet is the bride’s great-grandmother’s her great-grandfather gave

it to her when he was away in the war he made it from coins from the country he was in.

Bride walking with her Dad to the wedding ceremony in front of the beautiful Barr Mansion.

Look at how BLUE her eyes are! I didn’t enhance them in photoshop other than lighten a little. Otherwise that

is her natural BLUE eyes! AMAZING! Meredith you looked GORGEOUS! I love her Dad’s expression!

I was looking at how to photograph the musicians and looked down and noticed the heart on the bridge of this

particular instrument and thought it so charming. It plays LOVE!

A shot taken from the balcony at Barr Mansion of all the guests at Meredith and Mark’s wedding.

Wedding party admiring the love of the newlyweds- well most of them :)

They all had socks with their wedding position on them. CUTE! So in case you mix them up you know whose socks

belong to whom- or is it who, sorry not a grammar major. :)

Such a sweet hubby already helping his wife!

Mark liked this little angel, what better to include his angel in the shot.

This couple loves stars so their theme for their reception was based on stars. These were the place cards.

Adorable little topper of the couple’s heads cut out from paper kissing each other.

YUMMMMY organic food from Barr Mansion!

Father/Daughter dance, I LOVE his expression! You could tell how much he loves his daughter! To keep from

crying as he walked her down the aisle they both agreed to tell jokes on the way. It was so precious!

These were the yummy looking cupcakes that went with the cake from above- MAN I wish I could have some!

I could but I am allergic! So my assistant had one for me and verified it’s yumminess!

Each table was a constellation, all the tables had a card with a Greek god of that constellation with funny comments on them.

I couldn’t stop giggling as I took this photo.

The bride’s gorgeous bouquet on one of the reception tables sprinkled with confetti stars.

I don’t know if this was a gift or if this little set was something they brought but either way it was ADORABLE and

how could I resist putting the rings in the hands of little Lego bride and groom?? You can’t you simply can’t!

Groom holding the bride as they danced the night away, I loved the detail of her dress!

I love her face in this shot totally love struck!

So they wanted me to follow them to their honeymoon suite to take photos.

When I found out they were doing this at the Driskill Hotel and we had permission I was

SUUUPER excited because usually you have to pay $200 to shoot there (unless they are having there wedding there of course)

but since they were staying there for their honeymoon night we got to take some photos! The shot above was

in the elevator at The Driskill Hotel.

Bride and Groom’s feet on the stairs at The Driskill Hotel.

Bride and Groom making out on the stairs! UM UM UM :)

Mark is such a character! He really hammed this shot up! AWESOME! Totally what I had in mind! Meredith cute

sweet innocent look! You guys are so good for each other! It is awesome how you love to play together!

And now Honeymoon time! I am OUUUTTA HERE!!  :)
